Happy Wednesday! I’m off work on Friday, so I’m on the downward slope today! I’m here for my second Weigh In Wednesday.
My number has not change. BOOM. This is good, for me after this last week. It was my birthday, so I knew that I was going to have some splurges, but I tried to keep portion control in mind and eat them in moderation. Even if I wanted to inhale the cake at my party… just sayin’.
Last night for dinner we had grilled tilapia, steamed broccoli, and a salad. I’m feeling really good about getting the housework back in control, and the healthy eating together. It makes a huge difference in my anxiety levels and my daily life. Maybe I can hire a housekeeper to come and clean our apartment… Hmmm, this could work! ;)
I’m also sick with some kind of God awful sinus crap so I can’t run or I go into a ridiculous coughing fit. I’m also going to Dallas this weekend for my cousin’s birthday party. Again, moderation. Healthy choices. This will be my mantra.
I’m 100% decided that I’m going to participate in the Advocare 24 Day challenge, now I just have to decide WHEN to start. I’m hoping that a couple of friends here locally will do it with me. There is strength in numbers.
Jake ran last night *screeching tires* SAYYY WHHHAAATT?!?!?!?! I know, I’m just as shocked as you are! :) My journey will be much easier if he is along for the ride! And let’s face it, what more can you ask for than a healthy happy husband?
