I wish I had like 700 million wonderful things to post that I have been doing. Unfortunately, I’m a real person and I only have a few good things I’ve been up to! ;)
First: I have FAILED at exercise. It’s embarrassing… notice I haven’t even posted about it? Yeah, I haven’t. I’ve literally ignored the subject so totally that I AAAALLLLMOST convinced myself that I didn’t need to do it. Pshhhht… yeah right.
I’m back on the bandwagon this week, people! I promise! :)) I have a break from school tonight and I’ve got a project scheduled, so hold tight to your pants!
Saturday morning I went to yoga with a friend, and let me tell you… It was the best class! (I know I literally say this about every yoga class that I go to, but this one was like seriously wonderful) I was super sore on Sunday, which means that the class worked! Haha! I’m really going to make yoga the primary focus of my exercise for the moment as it’s the only exercise that makes me happy. I will slowly incorporate more diversity but I can’t even think about running or weight lifting without wanting to throw a temper tantrum 3 year old style. As I’ve been terrible at exercise I’m going to try and ease myself back into it so I don’t just quit again.
Jake and I decided that we are going to do homemade Christmas gifts this year if we can to save some money, so I started work on scarves for my family on Sunday! I got one done on Sunday too, which was awesome. I’m hoping to be able to get three done a week and that way I can stay on top of it and get them all done. *YIIIIKES*
I also baked this weekend. We had Friendsgiving Sunday night, and I was in charge of desserts! I made a homemade pumpkin pie. Yummmooooo. I’ll post more about that later.
